At Finbudcredit, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. If you wish to request deletion of your account and associated personal data, please follow the instructions below.
How to Request Data Deletion
To initiate a data deletion request, please:
Send an email to help@finbudcredit.com
Use your registered email ID associated with your Finbud Pay account
Use the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”
Include the following details in your email:
Full Name
Registered Mobile Number
Registered Email Address
Reason for deletion (optional)
⚠️ Requests sent from email addresses that are not registered with Finbudcredit will not be processed for security reasons.
Eligibility for Data Deletion
Before processing your request, please ensure:
You have no outstanding liabilities, dues, pending repayments, or active financial obligations with Finbud Pay.
There are no ongoing transactions, disputes, or regulatory holds associated with your account.
If any liabilities exist, the deletion request will only be processed after full settlement and verification.
What Happens After You Submit the Request
Our support team will verify your identity.
We may contact you for additional verification if required.
Upon successful verification and eligibility confirmation, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted from our active systems.
Processing time: Up to 7–14 business days from the date of successful verification.
Important Information
Certain information may be retained for a limited period as required under applicable laws, regulatory requirements, fraud prevention policies, or dispute resolution obligations.
Once deleted, your account cannot be restored, and you will need to register again if you wish to use Finbudcredit services in the future.
